Free Trader traditional marseilles soap

Free Trader traditional marseilles soap

$7.00

Our Free Trader traditional marcielle soap is inspired by the early settling folk of Montana, consisting of old French fur traders to Scottish travelers who would deal in tradeable goods between the Native American and Homesteader communities. They made their livelihood trapping fur in the dense and foggy thickets of cedar, entangled by the purity of rivers, but they could sleep in the open grassland, the sage and stars a beacon of bison herds and the people who follow.

A Free Trader did not just survive, but ensured themselves a life without borders, and a pursuit of the skills they've yet to learn. In this way, soap is a good indication that a person has placed their hands into an endeavor, because to cleanse means to start anew.

Made in small batches using cold pressed olive oil*, sunflower oil*, local whole milk (Kalispell Kreamery), lye, essential oil (common sage, cedarwood), wheatgrass powder*, beetroot powder*.

*Organic
